RETURN POLICY

At Rakstand, we're confident in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your equipment or accessories within 30 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please be aware that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be excited about your purchase.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

This Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Rakstand, LLC ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") and only applies to our cycling stand (RAK ONE). This Warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.


Coverage:



  • Duration:This Warranty remains in effect for the lifetime of the Product as long as it remains in the possession of the original Purchaser


  • What's Covered: The Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use of the Product. This includes any manufacturing defects in the Product.


  • What's Not Covered: The Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, excessive loading or any other circumstances beyond normal use. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic oxidation, or accidents.


Claim Process:


  • To make a claim under this Warranty, the Purchaser must contact Company's Customer Service at info@rakstand.com and provide proof of purchase.

  • Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or component with a new or refurbished part or Product, free of charge.

  • The Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with returning the defective Product to Company, including packaging, shipping, and insurance.


      • Limitations:



      • This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser.

      • Any replacement Product or part provided under this Warranty is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

      • Company reserves the right to change or modify this Warranty at any time without prior notice.


      Exclusions:



      • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company excludes all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

      • In no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Product, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


          • By purchasing the Product, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
